Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Island Joes Coffee service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Island Joes affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. IslandJoesCoffee.com is very sensitive on the issue of children's privacy and strives to protect the privacy of children using the Internet. The Site, products, and services are not developed for or directed at children. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to do business with us. We do not collect personal information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13. Should we come to know of a certain user who has registered with us is under the minimum required age, we will remove the user immediately. We offer 45 days customer protection through cookies, so as long as our cookies remain on your customers computer, you will be credited with sales. Islandjoescoffee.com reserves the exclusive right to modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time should it be necessary or for legal purposes. Hold Harmless. You agree to hold Islandjoescoffee.com and any affiliates harmless in all cases. Deletion - We reserved the right to delete you affiliation if you site does not provide proper traffic. Commisson - You will paid 10% for the sale of coffee and/or espresso whole bean or ground. All other products will paid at 1% i.e. if you sell a $10,000.00 espresso machine your commmission would be $100.00, then if when you sell $45 worth of coffee and/or espresso, your commission will be $4.50. Keep in mind coffee is a volume business. If legal actions to arise, you agree to allow IJS to choose the court district. Any e-message that does not have a valid reply-to address is Spam. Islandjoescoffee.com may release accounts and any other personal information should we think that the release is appropriate in order to respond to a subpoena or otherwise comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Islandjoescoffee.com or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection. Trade Marks - All rights are protected under law. You may not use any information about Island Joes Coffee without written permission. You also agree you and/or your company is operating as an independent contractor. You will be 100% responsible for any and all taxes - state and federal. We reserve the right to modify, including cancel, our affilaite program and it accounts at anytime. If we cancel, you will be paid. If our terms change, it is your responsiblity to respond, as you accept any changes unless noted in an email to us and we respond. If you own a website with an affiliate link, you may receive payment as long as you are sending us other business. This will be based upon each account.
