"First, you start with the best green beans, as our specialty green beans are from the top 10% of crop production in the world. A little pricy, but the Proof is in the Cup and yes there is a difference in taste, but anyway.  Instead of using a low grade green coffee from the Guatemalan, we use a high grade Antquia, which some roasters when blending will use a lower grade Guat bean, being able to say their blend has Guatemalan in it, but the taste and the end result from the higher grade bean if the difference."

"Noting our Smugglers is double roast profile or rather we the first roast is comprised of two beans (we are not telling), then we do another roast into a French roast profile of the Guatemalan Antquia.  We then sprinkle just the right amount of this French roast in with the medium roast profile, with the end result brings out the 100% Natural semi-sweet chocolate undertones from Mother Nature's gift."
