Water and Coffee - How do they mix?

1) Coffee is about 98% water .... hmmmm!
2) Chlorine, iron and other minerals can taint your taste perception of your brewed coffee.
3) Water that has been purified should have no taste, thus allowing the natural
flavors of the coffee to come forth.
4) If you must use tap water, allow the water to fun for a few minutes before using.
5) The bottom line is try and use mineral free water if possible.
