Hurricane Policy
We have not left Key West in many years for a Hurricane as we have generators and know how to get ready, however, in the case we do leave and you make an order and we are off line (our server are not here) we will not ship until we have re confirmed with you, then on the other point, if we get a hurricane and it turns out not to be a bad one and the state runs the tourist off the island, we will roast right thru.

Concerning our 5 pound suggestion about freezing, as we think this the proper way coffee in large amounts can be stored and we have tested this method at our shop and our home, we will not be held responible for any loss or damages, as we can not control the elemnts at your home or office.

Cancel an Order - We process all orders as they are received, meaning your credit card is charged right away, as we must wait for it to clear authorize.net, which takes about a day, before we will ship your order, so if you wish to cancel and ask for a refund after you have placed your order, you will be charged a 5% handling fee.


Caffeine - No coffee is 100% Caffeine, therefore we are not sciencetist and can not measure the exact of amount of caffeine in coffee, hence we do not promise 100% Caffeine free coffee, as all seems to have some in it. If you have a medical or any other problem with caffeine, please consult your doctor.

Using automatic espresso machines at home, as we have never been told our beans will not work in them, we still advise reading the owner manual as we will not be held responsible for damages.

Espresso Pods - Our espresso pods are E.S.E. Compatible, please read your machine's owner's bood to see if our espresso pods are compatible, as we can not accept return or nor do we offer store credits. Nor we will be help responsible for any damage which may occur to your machine when using any of our products.

News Headlines - IJS or any of it affiliates, owners or employees will not be held liable for any news or other information you may find on our site or related sites and you agree to hold us harmless for visiting our sites.
