This is where is all takes place - we like to call our roasting location our "lab", as this is where the roasting, cupping and quality control occures, plus this location in old town Key West is where the creation of our blends takes place.

We like to say this location is not a coffee shop, but a coffee roasting company, where you can get a really not only good, but very fresh cup of coffee.

We are open to the general publix Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm and offer coffee tastings during our open hours, so feel free to stop by and watch the roasting of beans, which will be shipped all over the world.
