Returns Policy

No cash or credit card returns on coffee, only store credit. If you feel there is something wrong with your roast profile, please contact us right away, making sure to explain your thoughts.  We will then review your order.

We may ask you to return your coffee, if we feel it has not been properly roasted, then if your return your products and we feel the roast profile was incorrect, we will replace your order and pay shipping.

If noting is wrong with your coffee, then will not pay the cost and you must pay the return shipping.

No returns or credits if you just changed your mind or wish to try a different coffee.

Customer service is very important to us, so know we are friendly and here to work with you anyway we can.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We have and do ship all across the U.S. then China, Chile, Buka, Middle East, England, Canada, Puerto Rico and more

Shipping can take up to 5 business days, as most of the time we are quicker, but we roast coffee to order and do not warehouse cases and cases as most you buy from online, so you can expect fresh roasted gourmet coffee each and everytime from Island Joes

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound, as this is the policy of our shippers UPS, USPS etc. We also reserved the right to subsitue USPS for UPS.
