Dear Island Joe,
I just got my first shipment of coffee, the Beemers Breakfast Blend and also Breakfast Decaf; THIS COFFEE ROCKS! I made a cup and couldn’t quit smiling.
I have spent the last 10 years outside the US and developed a great love for European coffees; as I’m sure you are aware the espresso machine and drink was born in Italy; perhaps it’s one of the reasons why coffee is so wonderful on that side of the world!
I just returned to the US this year and have suffered what I call uneducated coffee drinking, old beans, weak or bitter coffee, and really sad milk froth, but of course some very nice people serving it; therefore, how can I complain too much. I do; however, go home and dream of a café in Paris, Italy or to surprise many also Israel, where I drink: Macchiato, double espresso or cappuccino, which requires great coffee! Yesterday after I received your coffee I felt like I went home to my outdoor cafés and sat with friends. Seriously it was fresh and as advertized! Wonderful flavors; can’t wait to try more varieties now that I know you guys know your business and I can get some good stuff!
Thank you for such a nice product; I have a feeling that this father and son business has a bit of real caring going on. Good for you, and Bravo on the coffee!

Blind Assessment:
Delicate aroma with softly pungent cedar and sweet tomato notes. In the cup gently and crisply acidy, with distinct floral notes and coffee fruit that reads as a tart, chocolate-toned cherry. A simple but very pure coffee expression.

Who should drink it:
A soft, sweetly fruit-and-floral-toned version of the classic American breakfast cup.
